Please be advised that for all orders placed in February 2026, delivery times may be extended by approximately 2–3 weeks due to seasonal peaks and higher shipping volumes. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your jewelry arrives safely.


Delivery Timelines

Under normal circumstances, our delivery process is divided into two stages:

  1. Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it takes 1–3 working days to process and prepare for dispatch.

    • Note: Orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend may require slightly more time.

  2. Shipping Time: After processing, your order is dispatched. Delivery takes an average of 5–12 working days.


Our "Always Free" Shipping Policy

As a token of appreciation to our customers, Mae & Rose Jewels covers all shipping costs.

  • 100% Free Delivery: Every order is delivered to your door at no extra charge.

  • No Minimums: There is no minimum order quantity required to qualify for free shipping.
